India IPO news: Six companies get Sebi nod for IPOs

Six companies have received approval from Sebi for their IPOs. Electric Vehicle maker Ather Energy’s IPO consists of a fresh issue of ₹3,100 crore and an offer for sale 2.2 crore shares.

Oswal Pumps’ IPO is a fresh ₹1,000 crore and an offer for sale of 1.13 crore shares. Owners and operators of The Leela hotels, Schloss Bangalore Ltd’s IPO is of a fresh issue of ₹3,000 crore and an offer for sale of ₹2,000 crore.

IValue Infosolutions’ IPO is solely an offer for sale of 1.87 crore shares. Quality Power Electrical’s IPO consists of ₹225 crore and OFS of 1.2 crore shares. Fabtech Tech’s is entirely a fresh issue of 1.2 crore shares.
